MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been feeling really down today...lately. .but this was a reminder of how awesome n HARDWORKING I am.!!!
Almost exactly a year ago I hit my goal and lost 280 pounds I weighed in at 180 pounds.
I Hit my goal of 180 2-23-13
I Hit lifetime after maintaining it 2 months on 4-6-13
The top picks are from 2/23/2013 the bottom of pics are from today 2-26-2014.
I Started weight training and now almost one year later…I am 210lbs. 30 lbs heavier but the same size….minus my butt and thighs which are growing but from pure muscle. I put this up even though I want to just throw the scale and HATE to share with the world my weight cause I know how people are and how many still judge me…but I share this because of those that are fighting the battle with me!! For those that are truly trying and get frustrated cause the scale isn’t showing you what you want….PLEASE look at this and see that muscle weighs more than fat. And it looks much better too.
YOU CAN DO IT! I know you can! If I can do it then anyone can!!

One of my goals is climbing the highest mountain in each state as of 2014 I am 13 states down :)
